Can you show me what your ad looks like?Hi SMMnet, I just tried your method today.
But till now Facebook haven't approve my ad... It's been more than 12 hours.
Any reason for this or maybe it's a weekend?
Can you show me what your ad looks like?
Also, you could be violating their terms if your questions are bad. What are your questions and answers?
Does your ad account have previous Ad spend or is this your first promo ever? Here's my ad that I have done (the red line is just the name of the voucher)
imgur.com/a/IWMeCfE (sorry I can't post link at this moment)
For the question, I am asking a similar question of yours
Are you interested in Buying or Selling a home in the next 0-6 months?
Hope you could help me as I really wanted to try out this method. Thanks
Yup, I have spent around $3K in this account. It's a Business Ads Account and used to create many campaigns before.Does your ad account have previous Ad spend or is this your first promo ever?
That feels awesome doesn't it? How does my method compare to your previous methods?@SMMnet
My ad just been approved few hours ago (after waiting for around 24 hours). I guess due to the nature of the ad, it takes longer to approve.
Few hours has passed and I got 15 leads at $0.37 per lead now.
Nice share OP, will try it hopefully it will work for me
This is still vague asf. Some members shared gold nuggets in the comments but all you did is give a general idea, even though I appreciate the share I still don't have enough information to dive into this thing.
Thanks, it's awesome, I got 10/10 relevance score. That feels awesome doesn't it? How does my method compare to your previous methods?

Based on my observation so far
Previous leads: More targeted (at least they know why you called them bcos they view the direct real estate ad and interested and gave you their leads)
Current leads: Quite general but was able to generate them with much more lower costs (I can anticipate that most of them have no idea why you call them as they are only interested in the vouchers instead of wanted to purchase a real estate property)
There is one issue with "share" feature.
Currently, I targeted those who has interest in real estate, if the guy seen my ad and share it on his wall, their friends then registered for the contest and gave me their leads might not have interest at all in real estate.
Hence, the leads generated might be of low quality.
Any tips on this issues or strategies to improve a better quality leads?
If you have done facebook marketing for app promotion let me know. I want to learn from your experience.
online music app. Please share your experience.I have, what niche are you asking for?

@jurlique What percentage of the leads answer the question yes that they are looking to buy a home?
- @SMMnet Nice work. I still disagree with your funnel. These are incentivized leads which are low quality and would be disallowed from many affiliate programs for a reason. You would be much better off starting broader than Zillow interest with a better offer that adds value to a potential home buyer or seller. Then create a lookalike audience.
