You sound like you could really benefit from this. It will help give you a foundation of not only where to start with using custom audiences on later promotions, but it will also help you build an email list that has many options to market these leads with a low cost and medium reward.
It is effective for this. I would really recommend if your main goal here is to build a massive list. In the Ad Copy section, add something like **Please verify the email is valid. Winner will be notified via email!

Yup, I have spent around $3K in this account. It's a Business Ads Account and used to create many campaigns before.
That feels awesome doesn't it? How does my method compare to your previous methods?

Based on my observation so far
Previous leads: More targeted (at least they know why you called them bcos they view the direct real estate ad and interested and gave you their leads)
Current leads: Quite general but was able to generate them with much more lower costs (I can anticipate that most of them have no idea why you call them as they are only interested in the vouchers instead of wanted to purchase a real estate property)
There is one issue with "share" feature.
Currently, I targeted those who has interest in real estate, if the guy seen my ad and share it on his wall, their friends then registered for the contest and gave me their leads might not have interest at all in real estate.
Hence, the leads generated might be of low quality.
Any tips on this issues or strategies to improve a better quality leads?

If you have done facebook marketing for app promotion let me know. I want to learn from your experience.
To improve better lead quality, you would need more data for your current promo, then create a look-alike-audience for people who previously interacted with your ad, but NOW is when you introduce the EXCLUDE feature. Start excluding certain things that your bad quality leads share an interest with. For example:
Exclude credit repair companies, or start improving your age demographics, etc.
BUT, don't touch that ad until you have AT LEAST 1 week of data.

My average was about 1 out of ever 4 or 5. Sometimes better and sometimes worse, just depends on your audience and how much data you have. In the beginning, it will be bad, then as you optimize and create custom audiences with the data you receive with this promo, the results get better.
- @SMMnet Nice work. I still disagree with your funnel. These are incentivized leads which are low quality and would be disallowed from many affiliate programs for a reason. You would be much better off starting broader than Zillow interest with a better offer that adds value to a potential home buyer or seller. Then create a lookalike audience.
