LOL with all of you people here don't you think that someone would have stopped such a simple script? I'm sure the OPs script was already blocked before it even existed. Aksimet anyone?

i agree with thorroofer, it doesn't work as is.
for one the url's given are to posts themselves
the script appends '/wp-comments-post.php' to the post url
so you end up posting to a url such as:
the url to post should actually be:
somehow we will have to get the base wp url which poses another problem since people have wp in domain.com/blog/ blog.domain.com domain.com/wordpress/ domain.com/wp/ etc.
for one the url's given are to posts themselves

Deal seo expert, I try with some of your blog list and got no success. I try to put my blog link in the blog list and it tell success. After that I login to my blog and check if any comment there. No, nothing there.
Its just a simple PHP Script post your comments to hxxp://domain.com/web-page-of-the-post using POST in PHP
It may vary depending on the blog page some needs and additional captcha too and some won't
Likewise Twitter Username or Ajaxed comments and certain other bunch of things there etc.
So they will work atmost all blogs but its not ensured
