Don't use automated tool links directly on money sites. It will affect your site for sure. You can use those automated links to boost your tier links. Instead you can focus on high quality links like guest posts, niche edits, pbns etc.
 
You will get such tools but their quality will be poor. eventually it will affected by Search engines.

So better go for manual backlink building techniques.
