Long time lurker. Had another account, ya'll banned it, so I made another one after a few years.
Here is a free method for you. I have tried to teach this to others, but nobody wants to put in the effort. You can use a free site, or one of the many easy paid android app builders out there to use more ad networks, more options, etc. I like andromo.
Get a free html5 game. Something that only needs clicks on the screen, like a bubble shooter game or something. Or with the app maker, get some other popular content that you have.
Post on google play, 3rd party markets like moblie9, etc. If you can automate and scale this is easy money.
