there are lot of webview templates avilable in codecanyon which supports notifications and such

You can use appybuilder or kodular very easy and you can use onesignal push notifications

Most are premium. Free android app builder are not easy to come by as it takes a lot of effort to build those platforms. But i would advise you learn kotlin or java and build your apps yourself.

nulled codes are avilable in the internet try codester.cc they have alot of nulled code you can change the code with studio they have push notifications too all you need to congfigure is the firebase
