You could just add a "links" page. Regardless of what people say, if you use correct alt tags etc on banner exchange it can get you some decent links for free.
Again it is only one way.
Have you tried directory/forum posts? Blog comments?
There is a guy on fiverr I get some decent adult blog comments from, I think you get 10 links with max obl of 10. I can send you a link to his profile if you PM me.

There is no such thing free adult links, Yeah you can create web 2.0s for adult sites too.
