U have to uncheck the box under the download otherwise you will download a download manager.
The OP didn't upload the file to Virustotal, So I did it for him, here the results:

Detection ratio:0 / 46

I did not test the list, so I can't say anything about.

means that whenever you post comment or create trackback its automatically approved without moderator permissions
I didnt tested yet so I dont know if they are do-follow
UPDATE: dont find this list useful at all. I tested around 50 links and all give 404 pages or website are down.
