The OP didn't upload the file to Virustotal, So I did it for him, here the results:

It might sound stupid for you all, but what this auto approve do? it approves comments that don't get flagged as spam or something else ?

means that whenever you post comment or create trackback its automatically approved without moderator permissions

I didnt tested yet so I dont know if they are do-follow

UPDATE: dont find this list useful at all. I tested around 50 links and all give 404 pages or website are down.
