If it's 5000 emails use just scraped, with no idea if they're live or not, what the hell, send em over. If they are 5000 emails you actively drew into opt-in forms, or are proven live from autoresponders etc, you've got to be batshit crazy to just give them away.

Maybe you're just mailing out of the kindness of your heart and won't use these people's email lists for yourselves. Who knows. I have too question it though, when it's so damn obvious that you could just take all those emails and bomb the shit out of em yourself afterwards...
