This is turning into a joke.

Sameer pm'ed me a Skype screenshot where the OP mentioned his PP id there but refused to send it in a PM here. Then Sameer asked me if he should refund or not, to which I answered that I don't understand what his problem is since he got the PP id. He obviously is in a position to verify if it 's the same one used to receive payment.

Now, I receive a PM response from sameer which among others says

NO he is not sending his pp id here and using abusive wordsJust for the sake of my reputation m not able to reply him back..
Its not my fault too if facebook updated and chaged its rules
I had send him $100 now and will send the rest $72 tomorrow as i do have insufficient funds

I 'll respond publicly.

It is your fault if you can't deliver. It 's not the buyers responsibility. No delivery means refund. Since your 4k likes were from irrelevant countries, that 's a full refund, i.e. $180. That was made clear a few post back and I 'm not going to run circles.

Sameer will issued a warning and be temp banned until the refund is fully made.

I have received 95.80 USD exact and not 180 dollars I really dont know what sameer is upto but anyways 2 thumbs up to the mods as they are helping me recover my money from a fraud guy.

Sameer5762 will keep his account & his BST privileges. Nevertheless, I consider his whole treatment of the issue before and during the shitlist very bad. This shitlist will remain public to allow for other members to come forward in case this has not been an isolated incident.
