Fraud by Sameer5762

Never buy facebook likes from sameer5762 hes the biggest fraud We had discussed on skype the price of 1 million realand active likes from us,uk europe only to be delivered in 1 month. He requests 10 percent milestone release in start so I released 180 dollars have attached receipt. So days pass by I get 300 likes in the first week from cairo egypt crap. Now he doesnt deliver the likes as promised and comes up with new excuses everyday that fb is updating this and that. So 3 weeks have passed by i have had enough I have currently 4k likes from ukraine there and it was 4.8k but 800 dropped like a fly. can post link to fb page so the mods can also see. The likes being so slow and his lame excuses I thought this guy can never deliver 1 million likes in 2 years let alone 1 month. Also the likes were supposed to be from uk,us and europe.

So I tell him to refund me my money but he says why I wrote negative feedback in his fb services thread I should edit it or he wont give refund so I told i wont edit my review as I dont want bhw memebers to waste there money on his crappy services as I already have and lets not forget the 3 weeks this guy has wasted. The thing is this guy provides fake likes from cairo ukraine istanbul which drop the next day and hes not even close to amount of likes I ordered. I have also opened a dispute on paypal and I hope paypal refunds the money meanwhile I request mods to ban this guy permanently for wasting peoples money and time on bhw read his reviews in his facebook services thread from the second last page and you will see the reality.

Accused member has been notified and must respond within 24 hours.

OP please show us your page where you say that i provide crap and fake likes

Secondly facebook was updating from last 2 weeks so we couldnt add fans to any of our clients page

Thirdly the time frame was 1 month and you had claimed claimed before that

Op didnt notified me of the dispute he is making or asking for any refund

I 'm not sure what your point is. Since you aren't denying you haven't delivered, do you plan on finishing the order, do you plan to refund, or do you have something else in mind?

Still we do have 10 days to complete the work as discussed with OP on skype

So, let me understand correctly - you are offering to deliver 1million US/UK real likes in 10 days? I have no problem with that, hopefully you won't either. So, unless there 's some objections, this is how it will go:

sameer5762 will finish the order in 10 days. If it happens, all complaint posts by the OP and this SL will be removed and the OP will cancel the dispute.

here is where i said majority from us.uk europe and you can see his reply and also click on the like on my fb page and check whether the likes are from the mentioned countries or not you wont even find 1 of the countries he promised about. I have attached 2 pics 1 from before the start of project and the other on the day we started I highlighted twice the countries I want

And i never said that i will not complete the orders as you can check in the screensort that he orders on 14 of this month and i do still have 18 days to complete 100k likes for which he paid for..

After paying facebook updated and changed its rules

The rules are

1) we cant add more than 5k likes per day to any page and if we do so page will get suspended

2) we can add 5k fans only if the page have usefull posts or facebook will block the page

I explained this to the buyer but he is not ready to believe and saying that im fraud and lier

Wait for rest 19 days and rest fans will be delivered for which he paid for to the same page and not to other page and if his page gets banned then it will not be my risk

Please do ask OP not work on that page by himself as he is running campaigns which resulted in drop of fans

The screenshot says 500k + 500k likes. That 's 1 million likes, not 100k likes. If there 's been another arrangement, post a readable screenshot.

That 's not his problem, he paid before that. If you 're unable to deliver (even if it 's not your fault), you owe him a refund.

Full refund & I 'm still waiting for the screenshot that says about 100k likes. You mentioned 100k likes on your PM to me also. Where you lying in my face 2 times in a row?

Edit: The refund must be full because the location of the likes was not from the countries you agreed to do.

A message I removed from a member not involved in the shitlist mentioned that sameer says 100k likes because that 's the 10% of 1 million likes and that since he 's been paid 10% upfront, he 'll deliver 100k likes.

Well, that was not the agreement. That 's what sameer alone decided to do. The agreement was 1 million likes in 1 month. That 's why I 'm asking a screenshot in case there was indeed such change in the agreement.

Its not just the quality this guy just cant deliver and makes excuses every single day you can see on the paypal receipt sameer its started on 12th not 14th and btw I was the one who said you can take a month to deliver 1 million but this guy claimed 10 days lol check here

jazzc the agreement was 1 million likes and to release 10 percent upfront and release rest of the funds when we reach 500k so total bulk price he gave me for giving a big order was 1800 dollar I released 180 dollars and he hasnt delivered . So the deal was of 1 million not 100k with paypal payment in steps thats.
