FR health traffic affiliate program needed. Can monetize with Gambling?

Have lots of health French language traffic from France, Belgium, Canada. Currently earning with Google Adsense \ Amazon but want to try Affiliate program. Can any one recommend me any affiliate program in this niche? I also thought about Gambling affiliate program, will it work here? Do you know any?
