Found an exceptional graphic designer, need ideas..

Hello,

i found a very good designer while i was searching for a graphic designer to design some t-shirt.

But the designs he has sent me are way better than the regular photoshop + google fonts + quotes.

Do you have any ideas for any type of business that this designer can help me?

It's called capitalism, don't you know Steve Jobs and Bill Gates exploit the manual labour of African slaves, and the Chinese children in sweatshops assembling your PC.
With your outlook, the next time you buy something, say to yourself: "How many lives have I exploited by demanding the product?". It's called reality and get over it.

This is usually the case with designers. Unfortunately, most people/businesses like to meet deadlines and be as close to TAT as possible So, if you are reselling, this will drive you batty. Not only that, but it reflects harshly on you/your business. Not worth ruining your name or brand over some dipshit, who is a procrastinator.

If anything, keep him in your back pocket and use him for your personal projects.

If he's willing to work for the rates that Universe0 then I wouldn't say he's being exploited. A lot of artists aren't good at marketing and the best thing that can happen to them is getting hired on by someone willing to handle the business side in exchange for their own cut.

I don't read anywhere where Universe0 locked his designer up in the basement and forced him to design for peanuts.
 
I have found an awesome keyword researcher, 3 amazing designers, 10 fantastic writers, 12 smm gurus and 23 seo experts but I have no idea how to use these people to the best of my abilities.
