Just a quick and (probably) easy question for the admin(s) and moderators.

Does the forum rules apply for everyone who uses the forum or are there some exceptions for certain member levels?

The issue is not with the report button but that we are not all looking at that section and that we don't make knee jerk reactionary moves based on a report.

There is often back and forth communication in that particular section.
