I think while creating forms It is important to consider the user experience , data privacy and security .....In Organic SEO , it is

used to gather user data like Email address to send Newsletters or contact Details...

The only Black Hat way I use forms is to automatically submit to them in bulk!

You mean like spam mailing or rather spamming a mailing address?

More like automated submission of registration forms, and then using either heuristics or just plain old brute forcing to find ways to post content and links.

Forms are useful for gathering leads, but using them for BlackHat tactics breaks the rules and can get you in trouble. Always make sure to keep user information safe and secure when using forms.
