I think while creating forms It is important to consider the user experience , data privacy and security .....In Organic SEO , it is

used to gather user data like Email address to send Newsletters or contact Details...

More like automated submission of registration forms, and then using either heuristics or just plain old brute forcing to find ways to post content and links.
