forgot confirm paypal receipt!

hi guys ! i had a problem about my wrong date of birth in paypal , i call support say me to close my paypal and sign up another paypal with real information , and say me if i have a balance you should be 0$ , yesterday i sent to my friend all my paypal balance , and i closed my paypal and i forgot to confirm transation receipt , today my friend found money on hold (he confirm payment as service),then paypal show message he should wait 7 days to verification.

any solution guys ? is after 7 days i will get my money or i should wait 21 days ?

Normally after 7 days you can withdraw the money without problems. i got sometimes this problems with 24h holds and exactly after 24h the money is available.
