Forced Following

Hello! So a few weeks ago I made a new Instagram account for a personal interest. I didn't allow access with any third party apps or anything like that. And the account was new and untarnished and I was only following maybe 80 people. I logged in one day and noticed I was following an account that I had never seen or willingly followed. This happened a few times. I'm wondering how they achieved this. I would like to use whatever they're using for my work account rather than following then unfollowing.

Is there a service that would allow me to force certain people to follow me? There must be because it's happening to me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Smm panels are doing this, but you must give permission to them for this happens. If you werent give permission, it is not possible...
