Hello,
Do you know any way to Force Google to crawl websites and updates the pages title and meta tag and the removed pages.

If it's your site use Search Console to re-index and submit sitemap again

I did not know that existed. And it's existed for years! Do search engines actually honour that?

hey, if you really exist in search, after Matt Cutts position replaced by John Mueller, old style of SEO never expired. JM makes all difficult to index, but...old style always do.

1- go to search console (link you domain if it's not linked yet)
2- go to "inspect url" and write down the URL you want google to refresh
3-resubmit sitemap
4- wait some time
