Damien is in the UK if I'm not wrong, so that would again mean involving authorities from the UK. Now if FBI wants a fall guy then they'll surely pursue it as hard as they can. I think they'll just keep the 2 guys from Pakistan on the most wanted list and interpol is going to be involved. So no international travel for them. They can enjoy the money in Pakistan itself.

Lol, they don't try. They'll just seize the domain and shut it down. But I don't think BHW or Damien is in trouble.

Not if examples of torrent sites have anything to go by... many of the owners of the sites have been charged / prosecuted did nothing not did they obtain the files it was just a gateway they did more there than just take over the domain.

After all it's not like it's listed in the marketplace for free is it? oh wait...
