Doing a authority website, currently only has 12 articles and its 13-14 days old, around 9-10k words of content all 100% unique copyscape passed and created to catch the readers attention like popular authority sites do, how many days should I wait before I start backlinking all the posts? (1 link per day for each post + homepage). Wanna make it look natural and don't wanna get penalized.

Also I have BuzzBundle, would you recommend me to get backlinks from blogs/Yahoo answers related to my niche or diversify the backlinks throughout several platforms?

Look first of all you need to add more content, 12 articles look like MNS you need at least 100 to 200 articles. After that you can think of starting link building. Add high quality articles continuously every day not backlinks.

You don't need to wait for backlinking the posts. Just keep posting unique and informative contents.
You can get backlinks to your site from blogs and yahoo answers too if they're relevant to your niche, link diversification is also a good thing.
To get authority, try 301 some expired authority sites to your main site.

I know, I'm aiming for quality not quantity, I want to make sure all my articles are HQ and not random unreadable articles. I intend to go up 200-300 this year alone so content is not really a problem, I just need to know when I should start backlinking without risking being penalized. Already sending 80-90 social signs every month to each article

If you are creating an actual authority site, I wouldn't spend too much effort backlinking it to them. You could risk your entire site. Why not use your authority content to earn links? You shouldn't be backlinking to all your posts. If anything you should have some tier 1 sites pointing to this authority site, you back link to the tier 1s.

How can I earn natural links without getting traffic? I can have HQ articles without them ranking, if they don't rank I don't get traffic, no traffic no links..

You can have HQ articles but so do other authority websites and other authority websites already have the advantage of age, backlinks, HQ articles too and domain authority while I have nothing other than social signs and HQ articles

I think social media can help you with that. Especially since you're saying your content is informative and unique. :)

You are going to need some backlinks. Everyone always does. You wont magically appear by creating great content unless you are doing crazy viral advertising on facebook or know another way to get your site known to the masses.
I would say yes continue to make your unique content your main thing targeting longtail low competition keywords, Then make pages on Twitter, Google +, Facebook, YouTube ect that point to your website. Build those up for some social signals and they will give you a little authority.

Get some back links here and there. A few a day is fine (From Blogs, related site, Social Bookmarks, NoFollow Blog Comments or forum sigs using your name or URL as anchor, ect). If you can email some bloggers in your niche (Very hard to accomplish) to write about or link you in a post Pay (BlackHat) but if done right who will know?.

Try to Submit your new content pages to the top social book marking sites and to Your Social Networks.

Try to use your Brand Name (Site Domain), Site Title, blank URL's, and generic URL's (Click Here, Link, check this out) as your main anchor text, using Keyword Money variations and money keywords once in a while.

You need links you can have the best content in the world but if you are weak sauce or have no way of getting the content viral, Google wont care. Some niche sites are impossible to gain links unless you do it a bit unnatural. DO safe link building and diversify links and link text. DOnt build too fast. You will be fine. Yes #1 is to make sure your site is great and has the best content in your niche.

Yea exactly what I mean, I just can't be noticed by having great content if no 1 is there to see the content..

I wanted to buy some HQ posts from BHW but I don't know which services are best here since I've tried a few and turned out to be a scam

Forget backlinks, social signals, any off site at all until you have a lot of content up there. This is excellent advice you are being offered here.

So I should only start a backlink campaign once I have around 100+ articles?

There is no reason for you to stop ever adding content if you are taking this seriously. Adding more content will never hurt you (unless its spam)

also, build links now. Who cares with 12 articles if it looks like a MNS. Give it 3 months when you have 150 articles it will be clear you're not just another MNS

Make a start on links and keep adding content, or you will just regret it.

The amount of content that you need is going depend on your niche. Just make sure you have a good amount and higher quality then the people on the front page for your money keywords. You dont need to go crazy extreme with content, just make sure you have more and better quality then your competitors. Take time with Link building, a few here and there even if your site is new. As long as your links are not spam garbage and you are Diversifying correctly you wont get a penalty. Submit your content to social sites and your social networks, let your site age, and provide great content. Thats really all you need to do.

For PBN I think most are pretty good on BHW forums. Read comments. IMO Relevant well written Blog Links are the best you can get.

At the very least.

I have read ZSO thread and he said he starts making backlinks after 1 or 2 weeks only but he does have 50+ articles in that time frame, he also says he only make 10-20 high PR and high authority backlinks. do you think that its too risky?

Well, Just not sure how many is too many since I can either make backlinks to homepage alone to let it gain authority or split it through all the posts 1 link daily which will increase the amount of backlinks as I post every day and may result in penalization.

I would start building good quality links straight away. Start slow before you pick the pace up.

Let it age until it starts claiming it's pension if you know what I mean :D

Just take a fairly slow approach at the start and as your audience starts to grow you can be more aggressive.

not really :D

Anyways, I guess social signs don't hurt, so I'm gonna be making 20-30 daily for my posts using buzzbundle to find related tweets and post there telling them they should check out my website.

Also got 10 blog comments with 30-60 OBL average with actual page PR of 2-5. 50% branding anchor (if my site is Gamespot - all about games then branding achor would be "gamespot"), 30% naked url (my website domain) and 20% general anchor (visit us, check us out, click here).
