Followliker/Instagram question

Hello guys,

Is it possible to upload videos to Instagram with follow-liker or mass planner, if so, how do you go about doing it?

I know that MassPlanner doesn't allow uploading of content. At least last time when I tried it (Feb 2017) it didn't allow.

Instagram doesn't allow posting from desktop website or 3rd parties, not automatic scheduled posts.

I used later.com for my personal account. This app lets you know when to post. Is like a reminder tool and will not post for you. It rings an alarm and the posting must be done manually.
