Followliker following issue

i have been recieving this issue when im following on my accounts on fl when using the home wifi

however i could follow fine on my phone with no issues

but when i change my internet on my fl to another one it works fine so wtf gives?

Looks like your home ip is blocked. Someone was a bad boy.
Use a proxy or a different connection.

I have this problem also but it happens when using instagram proxies, bad ips I guess but they worked fine initially and my follow rates were low 100pd on aged 1+year accounts :S
