Followers list won't load

Edit 2: he gave more info, he can open the followers list, but when he tries to scroll down to follow more people, the whole list disappears and starts loading again, but this time it's loading forever without showing any profiles. DAFUQ ?!?

Sorry sir, I'm no longer in contact with this guy and I have no idea if he fixed the issue or not, but I think it was some sort of a softban that went away after few days.
