Follow problem

I have instagram account.It is 3 years old and it had 350 followers and 700 follows I deleted all of them for strarting 0 but now I can not follow more than 20 people in one time.What is the problem?Is it block or normal?BecauseI grow pages in several times but I did not see any problem such this.

How quickly did you follow those previous 700 people? And were you facing the same problem before removing them?
Was the account active in the paste few weeks or did you start unfollowing those 700 people right away?
What tool and proxies were/are you using to automate the process?

The answer to the above questions should help you in finding the answer yourself, the reason is probably because you're temporary blocked/limited to let the account rest for a while and see if there's any difference. If not, just move on with other accounts.

I did not follow any people therefore I can not understand this situation.This account was my friend's account and he did not use it since 2016.I was facing this type problem my previous account and I moved this profile.I use my own phone not any proxy and I use only Follower Asistant and other app for unfollow people.

I hope this is temporary block because If not It means I have problem with my IP.
I will not follow anyone during 1 week for seeing problem temporary or not.
