Please help, can I follow only female using Follow Liker?

If not, can you suggest me some other app, bot?

FollowLiker does not have this feature nor I am aware of any bots that have this feature.

One thing you could try is to find target sources with mainly a female audience - think shopping, clothes, fashion, etc..

no there is nothing on the account that tells the gender of the owner. you could also target gender specific kywords in the bio like mom, actress etc ..

Scrape users from pages that have a majority of female followers such as fashion &
Cosmetic/Makeup pages (just to name a few).
