Focusing on my niche site or create a second one ?

Hi everyone!

I am actually building my first amazon affiliate website and I have already a website where basically I outsource pretty much everything. so I spend around 3 hours on it per week.it has around about 120 000 total wordcounts and it's 3months old.

When I get back home from work I think I can dedicate around 2hours of my time to a new website where I would be doing everything by myself and I am thinking about creating a second one where i would be doing everything by myself as i invest pretty much all my money on the first website . In a niche i really like .

I would like to hear your opinions

Is your first site producing enough income to cover expenses and make a profit already?

No it's 3 months old and i don't expect any significant earning from it for the next 6 months

It's just that as i outsource everything on it . i have Around 2hours per day to work on something else

If you've 2 hours to work on a second site and not outsource it then do that. At some point you need to see an ROI though ( unless you are a reclusive millionaire with money to burn ).

Exactly what was said. If you have a proven formula that is working and making money that is when you outsource and scale. Otherwise you might just be burning money on multiple sites trying something that is not proven. Prove it first, then scale.

I never tough of it like that before . I just saw those case studies where people outsource pretty much everything and then get rewarded for their work after a year. I have spent more than 1.7k so far on my first website and i am planning to spend more on it as the time goes . w'ell talk about the ROI 9 months from now since its a on a brand new domain .
