everyone telling u this is a good idea probably has never handed out flyers for business b4...u will NOT get a TON of traffic from this just by saying free party...u WILL get a TON of traffic if u said "free justin beiber (or whoever) concert/after party)" but then u have lied to ur sign ups so they will not believe u next time u really have something to promote...also charging 80 bux to 10 clubs is only 800 bux month...i dont know how much u think u will have spend on flyers...but it wont be free so in my opinion...not worth it!!

This. You can spin the idea like some have suggested and avoid dealing with the anger or disilussion of people that feel cheated.

Google a site called City Alert and emulate some of their techniques.

Well I don't have many college buddies that would hold a flyer longer than the trip to the next trash bin takes. Some won't even be that patient. Real providers of free parties, books, ringtones, whatever can't afford flyers.

It's simple knowledge, just like a perv knows inherently that the first 100 hits for 'free sex' are not free.

Now if you write free PDFs... well, you'll get huge traffic, but 0.001% of it you wouldn't really like.

In the old days I used to throw a lot of parties and fliers were about the only method of distributing the message. I would go to the local clubs or other businesses and ask them to sponsor you for a minimal fee, in return place a coupon on the flyer. This way you don't have to pay for the flyers (minimal fees cover this) and you give people a better reason to hold on to the flyer, otherwise they will end up in the trash as fast as you can hand them out. Then have something on the flyer place something on it that states for more club coupons go to your site.

Awesome idea, should be very successful. However, if you didn't notice the slight problem I will point it out to you. The way you want to do this is going to make it so you can make only $800 a month? Many people here are making 20k a day from adsense alone.

One of the BIGGEST mistakes with websites is that they don't monetize it like they should. You could make way more. Ask any major website owner, if you get 10,000 TARGETED visitors a month and only making $800 then you are not getting all that you can for it. (Keep in mind the work involved with the flyers, ranking site, ext...)

Why don't you put some PPM ads up, just one or two on each page should be sufficient. This isn't all you can do though, sell the emails, names, ext... on top of it. Depending on how well you do this, you could make a lot more money.

When you are doing the "Give Away's" you should send them to multiple pages, increasing the PPM views.

Even if you do a crappy job with these methods, it is still extra money to keep you going. $0.67 a week vs $0.00 a week, $35 a year is better than nothing

I could expand on this for hours on end. These are just ideas, mix them up to make them unique, add some more ideas, ext... Hope this helps
