Most of us know how tough it is to launch a new site, but even the dolphin doesn't seem too impressed with yours. (Flipurr doesn't look satisfied)
I remember reading your old thread talking about your grand plans for shaking up the market, but honestly you need a strategic platform, something that gives you a USP (Unique Selling Proposition). There's nothing on your site that screams you need to sign up now.
Also, you should make a promo code that allows free listings so we don't have to bother with PM'ng you. Then set it to expire after X amount of uses or specific date.
At this point you need to penetrate the market. If you are trying to make money in the next 3 months you already lost in this game. You need people now. You need to forget about profit for the short term and focus on capturing an audience or in 3 months you won't have a company.
Bottom Line: It doesn't matter if Flippa has 99% of the market. You could make a dent, but you have to think really hard about the "hammer" you are going to use.
