Flippa weird agreement, is this a scam?

So many scammers that are buyers and sellers on Flippa. They are making a lot of money off of newbies and Flippa gets a percentage. Everyone is getting away with fraud lmao

Why are we ignoring the newbie that got it right? I downloaded the file from flippa.com and it`s exactly as he says, with buyer must pay to the buyer. So it`s just a flippa mistake. You probably backed out of a deal with a serious buyer..
