Flippa verification and listing

Hey, wanted to know about flippa:

1. Do sellers have to verify identity by uploading documents and holding documents and take selfie? Mandatory for sellers too?

2. Does Flippa take out the listing fee from the sold amount when the listing is sold?

1.Yes Flippa will ask you for documents to verify identity.

2.No, you will need to pay for the listing to be launched.After the sale they will get success fee of 10% too.
