Im also personally looking there are just starter ready made sites getting sold above $1000 with 0 profit.
Itseems flippa tied up with Alpha investors and HPD most of their sites showing in Flippa.
Do people really buy sites which earns 0.

Well I seen most such starter sites sell for under $100, some even great looking wp woocommerce amazon dropshipping sites for only $30.
So do not know how somebody is willing to put time to sell website he had to build from scratch for around $50.
Overall there is potential to make money with anything as long as you can find buyers that will pay what ever you price it at.
Most of the times time you have to put in does not justify money you get.
Yeah if I were teenager or student or from poor country, making extra $200-$500 a month selling starter site would be great.
So do not know how somebody is willing to put time to sell website he had to build from scratch for around $50.

I see them but not got a better result. Only a big flipping group is helpful but they don't approve those kind of posts with 0 earning. What if use BHW. Will it be worthy. Are there anough buyers?

You cannot make a business out of these. Better start it on own store. If you are selling in on own site, people will have more trust that they are buying from one guy and will also aks their friends to buy from you.
