Flippa starter sites

I have been reading this forum section on site flipping for like a week. I was thinking of building starter sites in a week and trying to sell it on flippa.
Are people making money selling starter site on Flippa, sites with no traffic and no revenue?
Has anyone even done that recently?

I've done in the past with success, but flippa is shit for 2-3 years so I give up, I think will not worth the efforts, better try to rank in Google.

I don't want to take ranking route , it takes months if not years. I have seen sites there that looks like were build within a week like directory listing site etc.

Anyone recently sold a starter site there?

why not generate revenue on the site for a few weeks and sell for a higher value?

I built a site with wp automator and wordai and that shit fetched me a couple of hundred bucks on an fb group. I was really considering scaling it up to like 20 sites a day, but then pornhub distracted me.

Why would i sell the site if i generate the revenue? thats chicken and egg problem.
I am specifically talking about starter sites without traffic and revenue.

I tried that actually building such a site. At first google will index all posts but soon it catches up and deindexes all of them. So you cant scale such a site.

Well I jumbled up the dates of the posts to the future so they trickle to like 2 or 3 a week. I'd have done it if I were 10 years younger, too boring now.

Is that scalable? I need to make few hundreds bucks to invest in current project.

I tried and earned some in 2017, actually it was not bad income. I am thinking to restart this year, i too have similar doubt as you have. These days Fillpa themself selling starter sites with partnership with HPD.

Yeah. I see lot of starter sites there. Blogs, niche sites , sites solving specific problem, site with specific feature. Some of them can be build in one week or two weeks with WordPress and festinger plugin themes. I am also exploring bubble.io. Wondering if I can do same with it. Build saas website in one or two weeks and list them at flippa.

Well I have sold on flippa before. some sellers make good money on the platform. With the plans you outlined above I believe you will too. What some buyers need to see is the potential in the site you are trying to sell.
