Flippa dying?

Not sure about empire flippers on this one, they promise 20x-28x but never delivered. what good does a broker make if they promise a high return but unable to sell. Whilst your site just sitting there rotting and die.

Empireflippers they get 10% of sales aside from the listing fee of $200+

If dealing on flippa be so careful. Everyone is scammer on there. I lost over $2000 on there to shi* website

i listed one of my legit sites making 6500$ every month and the highest bid was 4999$ i had a reserve of course no one wants to buy i guess

I sold my site making $20-$30 a month for $410 there this month. It was my first transaction too so i loved it.

It really depends, but you should be careful while buying or selling anything at flippa.

The quality control is pretty bad, most listings are approved without adequate qc.

I have successful deals on Flippa - I bought some good site with SE traff and good SE rankings, but also I lost $1800 when bought a site that haven't any traff and no revenue.
So before buying something anywhere include Flippa you must check all site's ao domain's info yourself very carefully.

What kind of success rates are you guys getting any real proof everyone can see? Is it possible to flip a domain without even creating the site? Just come up with a catchy domain name with a logo? If so that's a very interesting business for people with a little creativity.

I absolutely hate flippa, so many scammers on there.

I've created and sold many websites on flippa before. Lot of crap there these days. The mods should just kill those listings.

Like some mentioned above, lots of trolls too.

Flippa is a sca*mmers paradise thanks to the stupid and incompetent support they got.Myself i reported so many times sc*ammers but you think flippa did anything ?Nah they just banned my account. So fu*ck flippa. The biggest morons and cheaters ever.
Flippa was even so fuc*ked up that they closed one of my auction which was at $8k because i was selling a method which was sold there ealier for $80k to someone else.Did i broke any rules?Did i stole anything ?A clear no so flippa put every 24h my auction on hold without notifications and nothing. No explanation not even a fuc*king reply to my questions. So after the 6th time of stopping my auction and making it look like fraud i asked them what a fuc*king stupid support they have that they need to hold my auction every 24h for another 24h and if there is nobody with a working brain able to answer my question why they are harassing me.Of course the previous auction which was sold for over $80k was deleted from flippa so noone could have a look at it anymore and all i got was a banned message for abusing words. Not a single explanation nothing. They just harassed in intention to find a reason to ban.
Best of all i paid over $600 for promotion and fees.
Do you think flippa refunded a single cent ?
Fu*ck them.
Flippa is a paradise for scammers and most important leechers who are trying to find your solution/source/method and replicate it.
I remember selling a website on flippa where i forgat to point over on one image the source.
What happened is it got already after 2 days sold at warriorforum as the new ultimate guide to make money online for $49.95
So people stopped bidding and some even took their bids back.
So fu*ck flippa.
If you wanna sell something go directly with Thomas and you wont to have to deal with such issues like flippa is giving you.
About the final transaction sc*ams i wont even bother to write since everyone knows them

Some sellers are selling the same site over and over and flippa gave them super seller status. I notice one super seller is selling a copywrited script more than 100+ times. I reported to flippa but they didn't take any step. So what more you can expect from them? Their traffic is also decreasing day by day and they aren't doing any marketing.

Where ever you go, you will find bad sites for sale, Flippa is no exeption. I had positive experiences with Flippa.

Anyone have any recommendations for a website broker -- I'd like to just hand over the reins, even if that means losing a large percentage. Thanks in advance!

Can I see the domain, I have a friend who is selling a website with similar infos.

On topic, I've sold 7 domains in the last 2 years but not a single bid or message in the last 6 month. :(
