I think flippa is still the best place to buy a website, there a good buyer protection, low fraud, escrow...

there is alot of garbage on there for sure, some blatant worthless sites, but there are some good ones though over 30-40x monthly which is a bit high.

high ticket valid sites have moved away but there are still some nuggets here and there

i sold my website on Flippa last year in September, they charge too much fee for nothing. they are expensive and also... now i days i think they are dying,... back in the day i remember Flippa having way more websites listed for sale... now I see mostly junk websites sold for very high prices... whoever asked this question, i think is right, i have the same feeeling when i go to Flippa nowadays

Yeah I agree I keep looking through and some are just bs how can you claim 500 net a month if you just started the app/web a month ago. Flippa should screen out the obvious ones and not allow them to sell.

I think that they're still one of the best out there.

Yes, as others mentioned they are not the cheapest. But since they were among the first - they stick.
