Flippa.com - Do Classified Sales Offer Safety?

I wonder if classified sales on Flippa guarantee that you will get the money? I read people getting shill bidders on auctions and such.

A person wants to place an offer on my site but their profile is new (22 days old) and in the profile it's written that they have lost a dispute.

So, I'm a little bit worried about that buyer.

You can use Escrow. But I'd be wary of first time buyers especially if they've already chosen to fight and lost.

Yeah, Escrow is the best route if you're selling your site for a lot of money and I probably wouldn't accept a new buyer's deal it would have to be buyers who have a safe transaction history. Heard way too many stories about how new buyers didn't actually buy the site they bidded on.
