Does Flippa charge $19 to list a domain name?? If so, that would seem a bit crazy....any other good ideas on an active place to list domain names to sell?

There are many places to sell domain names, you even can sell it offline.
It all depends on your domain name and what do you want to get out from this sales.
It is not the expense that you pay, it is about the profit that you are going to get as a result of the flip.
If you made money, then expense is nothing
