Flippa Alternative

The way I go about it is I advertise in a few other places.

Local online classifieds are amazing to get sites sold and they are easier to sell as people trust you as you are local. I advertise in about a 100 mile radius and offer to meet the potential buyers face to face. Pretty easy to close them if they meet up with you.

The other way I market is I advertise in niche related forums. If you are selling a site that centers around fishing, join fishing forums and participate and get people to trust you. At some point you offer that you are selling your fishing site and you'll get people biting. Again, you need to build trust so you have to participate in those forums and offer value to the forum in the process.

I'm sure there are other ways that you can market them and perhaps some folks will pop in here and share but those 2 ways always work well for me.
