ive seen many posts about "idk where to sell this acc" "idk where to buy accs" or general for sale posts but ive recently come across an ap for iphone where influencers can post their accs for sale and link a bunch of info about the account aswell as being able to message the owner through the app for inquiries. i feel like if we all used that it would be safer and easier for us all to buy and sell becuase theyre also a middleman so youre trades will be safe and secure. I don't know the app OP mentioned, but how would direct transactions be safer? The money can get charged back and the control over the account can be gained back by the original owner in some cases. If you go through a middle man, which can be an escrow service or a site/app which deals with sales, at least the money is safe.

this is what it looks like when you click a account for sale and the price the owner sets is right under where it would say trader aswell.

unless you know the owner personally and trust them 100% direct buying is better but when youre dealing with selling accounts worth 10k or 20k i wouldnt feel safe doing it direct.

Tried to message them yesterday on twitter but I couldn't since their acc is private so I followed them but it's still pending XD

It's against IG's ToS to sell accounts.

Matter of time to get banned. No problem for smaller accounts if you want to sell, but I would never put my big mains on it.
