Flight Booking Google Ads Business Verification Help Required

Dear all Expert
I am working for registered & Legal Travel Agency company and handling their google ppc campaign for Flight Reservation changes cancellation etc, i have made their google ppc account which is working fine since 7 month getting good business,

I Need help now because i want to make another account for my personal income source, only issue that i am facing is non IATA ATOL Registration certificate and corporate business certificate

So anyone here who can guide me, without having such documents like Company registration and IATA & ATOL Certificate which basically required for business verification on Ads.google, how can i setup an account and Get business verification ,

I tried from market to borrow registered business and their IATA certificate but could not get what should i do now ?
