In conclusion:
- beware of your payments, you'll never get a refund.
- do not host critical sites without backups. They can go down anytime and will not help you

If not, you would not have waited so long, as you gave them enough of time to resolve the issue. I have never used Flaunt7, but I've heard that in their service, access to cPanel is very often down and they always blame that on DDOS attacks !!! And someone mentioned to me that Flaunt7 deleted his blog with 3 years of blogging content with more than 3000 post (with backup), for no reason and all his relevant Flaunt7 subscriptions were active. And he had no other backup of his blog. Imagine that pain.
