2. Click on the proceed checkout button, you'll see the price @ $97
3. on URL address bar, you'll see item=16, change it to item=8 then press enter.
4. Enjoy the $37 tag price of TT 4.

p.s: I found another method to get TT4 with $37. I will show it when method above doesn't work.
