Hi, I have worked for fiverr for over 8 years. During these years I had more than 20 accounts. The only secret is that I used different email addresses for paypal. It has nothing to do with VPN or IP. The problem is if it asks you to send identification documents, if you have a high sales progress. otherwise, you can even buy gigs from one another. All accounts are in Romania. I also forgot to specify that I used different phone numbers for validation.
Paypal allows 8 email addresses. When you give up a fiverr account, you can change the email address in Paypal as well, with the following one.
