I'm not sure there's any value in 2 accounts in one mobile, but there should not be any issues with just two accounts from one IP. there could be different family members from the same household so that should not be a red flag. good luck.

Hi, I have worked for fiverr for over 8 years. During these years I had more than 20 accounts. The only secret is that I used different email addresses for paypal. It has nothing to do with VPN or IP. The problem is if it asks you to send identification documents, if you have a high sales progress. otherwise, you can even buy gigs from one another. All accounts are in Romania. I also forgot to specify that I used different phone numbers for validation.
Paypal allows 8 email addresses. When you give up a fiverr account, you can change the email address in Paypal as well, with the following one.
No account is closed for me even now. But I gave them up, after 3 became profitable.

Yes, all accounts are seller's. Not only are they different niches, many of them are related.

You will still 2 IDs and 2 bank account/paypal. Fiverr does ID check, phone number verification, checks if photos are real or not.
Using same ips will trigger their system, using an anti detect multi profile browser may work.
