Fiverr just bought me a 40 acre ranch!

Congrats bro!

I'm doing something similar with Fiverr earnings AND Fiverr Affiliate Commissions where I have it direct deposited into a specific long-term Savings account and I don't even touch it. I do something similar with other income sources as well, but I've always made money with Fiverr in different ways, so now I have it fuel a long-term Savings account. :)

Awesome stuff and congrats again!

What could one possibly do with that land? I mean you own it right, but are you still limited in its use @William702

There are so many uses for it and you are allowed to do practically anything out there as long as you get the permit so we will be able to run businesses from there as have it for personal use. We have a ton of ideas, if anything we will need more space lol.

Maybe grow melons like @pewep :D

The thought had crossed my mind :) I'll have to set up a few sweat lodges and an Iowaska tent in his honor.

Fiverr affiliate commissions? how? Sir, Please explain in details.

Here are the details:
1 ) sign up for an account
2 ) promote gigs
3 ) get paid

Hope this method works for you lol

So today I put in an offer on a 40 acre plot in northern Arizona. Calling 40 acres a ranch is a stretch but its surprisingly big and is covered in tall trees. One thing I learned while working out rainfall is that its over quarter of a billion square inches. So when people ask me how big my ranch is that's what I'm going to tell them :)

100% paid for with Fiverr affiliate commissions. Assuming they accept the offer, I'm supremely confident they will though. I have been talking at a mile a minute all day I'm so fucking excited! We set a goal to put aside all of our Fiverr affiliate earnings to purchase land. We didn't want to go into debt or borrow any money so we stuck at it and decided we would let it build up until we found the right piece.

I hope this is a quick little motivational boost for some of you building your online businesses. Set goals and stick to them no matter what opportunities present themselves on the way there. I really hope it gets accepted and if it does I'll post some picture as soon as I can.

congratulations and Well done :)

Doing the happy dance!

They came back with a counter which was the final amount I was willing to pay so I have countered with another offer which should save me a bit. I can't see them refusing considering it's not too far off their counter. Either way it's mine, all I have to do is accept and pay them.

I expect I will hear back tomorrow if it is accepted. If it is, I'll take a drive out there and take some proper pictures to put up.

Fiverr is a great place for the entrpreneurs to get huge rewards for their skills. If you are a web-designer, web-developer, logo-designer, SEO writer, or graphic designer then you can earn as much as you want. The amount can reach millions of dollars in a quick time!

So bit of a snag. Our offer was accepted but now we have found out that the post office has different rules for different counties. apparently they wont come more than a quarter mile from the highway to pick up priority packages. also the other snag is testing out the satellite internet. The only way to know if it works out there is to get them to come out an install it, however I dont own it yet and dont really want to fully commit until I find out about the availability of the internet. I told them this before making the offer and they said they would look into it but they dont seem to have done that yet.

The FOMO on this one is getting bad. On one hand it might not be right for us and on the other we really want it and dont want to lose it. I'm going to be calling Hughsnet today to find out what i can from them and also the post office to find out if the guy in the local office in Williams AZ, is talking out of his ass. It's a little over an hours drive into town and we would need to do that every day to ship products out and pick up products from our storage. so that would take 2:30 a day which is 10% of your day every day. 5 weeks a year just driving non stop so all of these factors have given us a lot of food for thought and we really should have gathered more info before jumping into this.

Nothing is set in stone yet though so we are all good and may try and find something more suitable.

Well it's certainly not that easy or quick to build a million dollar business on Fiverr. besides the earnings I am referring to cam from their affiliate program so I didnt really have to do anything other than place a few links in some threads I started elsewhere.

Keep it up mate, congratulations. Hope you'll succeed more soon. :)

Thank you.

Is there any way how you target people that are not already registered to fiverr???
Because I think that this is the hardest part to do:

Do I earn commission on every purchase?
Commission is paid for users who are considered First-Time-Buyers (FTBs). Only the first purchase from each customer is payable. Registered and/or previous buyers who make a purchase through your link, are not considered FTBs and therefore won't generate commission.

Congrats on your success..
Cheers

Thank you.

Such a lovely problem to have though! I hope it all works out for you.

I know the FOMO feeling but don't make a rushed decision OP! You might be able to find a more suitable land with better connectivity etc if you look around...if a land is priced too good than usually there is a reason why. Make sure you do your homework...

Pics or didnt happen bro, thats the rules of the internet. Make sure you put your documents and a time stamp written BHW and todays time :) or @BassTrackerBoats will delete this thread for sure if you dont do that :)
