So I had a pretty good gig on fiverr that was doing really really well. Unfortunately some jerkface came along and ordered my gig and expected me to give him my extras for $5. I told him I couldn't do that for $5 and that he would have to pay $20 extra for the additional service and he said he was "very disappointed" and asked me to do it for less. I said it was clearly written on my gig page that the extra service was $20. He said he didn't want to pay so I offered to cancel. Then he said to go ahead and give him the $5 service. I delivered and then he gave me a bad review. I'm 100 percent sure that he did this because he was pissed I didn't give him the $20 service. Now my rating has gone way down because of this one stupid review and my orders have dropped down to almost nothing.. when before I was getting 1-2/day plus extras. I actually went back and cancelled the order and refunded his money and asked him to please remove the bad review. But he hasn't removed it. So basically he got the service for free and screwed me.

It really sucks that this bonehead is losing me so many sales. The $20 service is way too much time and energy to do for $5. He was way out of line in expecting that. Any suggestions? PM me if you can help.

That is why I rarely order extras when I use Fiverr because most providers do not price them right. You're allowed to leave your side of the story below the review. What most people do is have two similar gigs running at the same time just in case.

Contact with fiverr support.give them all your messages with the buyer. They will remove the feedback but if the buyer wants he can leave you again negative feedback

You can try contacting support of Fiverr and provide them with proof that the buyer did it as a personal grudge.

I tried but they haven't gotten back to me. .. So I can create another gig that is similar? Fiverr won't delete it?

If anything, my extras are actually under priced. Nobody else had a problem paying extra for what this guy wanted. It takes time to do what I do in my extras. All the other clients that paid for the extras were thrilled with what I gave them. I did leave a reply comment under his review, but the thumbs down lowered my rating to 91%. There is only one other bad review and it's because a client ordered it waaay far in advance and I forgot that it was on my calendar. That was my fault. But out of 21 review, 19 of them were fantastic.. and now my rating is only at 91%.

They will always respond positively. Just wait for few more hours. They will remove the feedback if the buyer is not responsive or similar kind of that.

they will give you the crap, that they can't remove the review if the user doesn't agree

From what I've read on the fiverr sellers forum, you can't do much about it. Lots of people have had the same problem, with the seller being a dick and giving them a bad review.
You could make a similar gig and redirect all your future customers there. And no, fiverr will not delete the gig if it's similar.

wait fiverr customer support will remove the negative feedback for sure

There are two ways to go about these:

1. First option, engage Fiverr team and tell them you want the gig refunded and also let them review the conversation that took place between you and the buyer..

2. Talk to the buyer and see if he can remove the feedback and make it a positive one. Of course, offering him the extras for free will motivate him. At this point, you have to choose between your business and pride..

Let the second option be the last resort.

Since the gig was cancelled just kindly ask the support team to remove the negative review, make sure to explain the whole situation as they're also humans and they will understand.

msg to fivrr support with all your docs to take necessary actions. All the stuffs happend with you was really weird.

Put your gig up on MyCheapJobs.... not only will I advertise it for you and get sales, I can guarantee shit like that won't happen

contact their Support team With Screenshot's Of Conversion between you and buyer and and explain everything. They Will Remove Your Bad Review ...

Moral of the story, cancel orders from ballbusters, always. This includes people who make requests outside of your gig description or people who ask too many questions. Lose $4 now, save hundreds later. If they keep rejecting cancellation requests, ask Fiverr to cancel the order and they always will. Never complete an order when a customer has been borderline with you, they will sometimes post negative reviews.

Same thing happened with me, One buyer order my gig I did give him more than I promised in my gig. But he did left a negative review and asking me to do more. I don't understand my some buyer do this kind of stupid thing even when we do give them more than they deserved. This is not good.

This is a specific Strategy to get things done cheaper,
it's might even be posted here,
but once you get the gig you're supposed to give a good review,
There are boneheads out there so to all Fiverr Sellers please be aware of this.

If youcontact the fiverr support the screenshot of all the conversation plus you refunded the money should be a basis for them to remove the negative feedback.
