I think a year ago it was under a dollar.Maybe it'll be $3 next year
Ok, I spit out my breakfast sandwich at this stupidity.Agreed. And Fiverr is a jew company.. What a surprise , ha !![]()
Highly unlikely but still possible. The reason might be to get rid of all of the cheap/spamy gigs that are drowning our more expensive/legit offers I mean I design Websites and offer SEO consulting I am not going to charge 5 dollars for that but there are hundreds who are and are doing a half assed job giving everyone else a bad rep. Still I dont think this might be the reason, just giving an alternative.
This is a fantastic way to describe Fiverr now, this is great!A 40% premium on non premium services.
Sounds about right.
Not trying to defend Fiverr, but $1 goes to PayPal, so they're left with $2 per sale, $1 from the seller, $1 from the buyer.
Fiverr worked like a charm in the beginning. Problem is they good greedy. Now I believe it's just a matter of time until they start going downhill.
So I finally just discovered this fee and reading through the comments here I was under the impression the fee was ONLY for when you paid with paypal, in order to help cover those fees. But, I only pay for gigs with credit I've earned from selling my own gigs and I am still being charged a $2 service fee. That is completely ridiculous if you ask me. There is no valid justification for charging me $2 additional dollars on something that doesn't actually cost them anything. I might be able to understand if they were actually covering processing fees from paypal or CC companies, but what exactly is the justification for this?
