OP is referring to getting positive feedback on fiverr. after you deliver a "gig", the buyer can rate his/her experience.

OP is suggesting that you use this message when delivering your gig. Not only does this reduce negative feedback from users, it helps retain customers.

Looks like some copy and pasted shite from WF.
 
My testing has shown that shorter delivery messages work better. The shorter, the better. However, it must still remain polite :) Your example is overly polite and I would say even cheesy. May be good for UK customers, to my taste it crosses the border between politeness and ass licking.
 
OPs script is okay but seems like it wasn't written by a native English speaker.

I also don't like "rate this good and I'll give you a freebie".
Maybe it works, but when I've bought gigs I've been put-off by that.

Here's basically what I use when marking my orders as delivered:

Your order has been fulfilled. Please see the attached screenshot.

If you liked my gig, I'd appreciate if you could rate it 5-stars (★★★★★) and leave a positive comment.
If have any issues, please select "request modification" and I'll make sure to sort it out right away.

Thanks again for your business, I look forward to doing more in the future!

Getting positive feedback on Fiverr is not hard; just under-promise and over-deliver.

Most guys on Fiverr do the opposite - they write aggressive sales copy that over-promises.
The gig ends up sucking and doing nothing for the customer, and they feel cheated. Hello bad reviews!
 
May be it is his first gig when he got order from there.
Expressing his feelings.
