Here is good method which has helped me to get hundreds without fiverr...well with fiverr but after 1 gig i try to escort client out of the site for more expensive methods.
If you find good buyers which i call pidgeons... they will come and fly to your gig pooing around your gig and will be very satisfied with thing you did... send him a message that if he liked and if he wants more help with his site/thing "check out attachment i have included"
Attachment will be .txt file with: skype, email, website optionally, portfolio links
mask this file as something like report4212.txt so fiverr wont pick it up easily.
I have received good orders via this and got 100% profit without fiver in the game /middleman.
People who takes this bait are very vulnerable for overtalking giberish, they can be amazed easily by saying that "if i do this and that blablabla milk contains huge ammount of lead if it is distilled badly blablabla there is meteors size of walrus out there about to kill us".... You can talk your way to bigger money easily, "what is your budget? oh ok so we are going low/middle there... lets do it like this.. i will contact you tomorrow with package which i will craft just for you, it will anchor your site to 1st page and it is easy road from there for US".
emphasize "US" cause client must know and think this is your project, yours and clients.. make him/her think you are in the same boat here.

Here is one example from the beginning of using fiverr...
I was doing 3D gig... nothing fancy but got some moolah
I had stedy flow but there was something missing... my full percentage of the profits!! Got tired of loosing 20% for fiverr.
I didnt do this before then, it was first try. I sent message to one very happy customer, good point i did was that his fiverr account name was his company name, so i did fast research "oh ok this guy has graphics business and sells headers", so i found out that this guy is always hot for graphics... i send him my contact info as text as described above with my details + price per image i would do.
He was very flattered that someone with my skills would lend my skills to guy like him (like i just said, he was very pleased with my work and amazed! tought i'm god cause i can do 3D lmao). I told him that i will do same as at fiverr but better quality and price would be 4.5$ per image, bulk 4$ piece. I also told him that my email was my paypal address... guess what? he sent me 250$ right away without any hesitation with a list of text he wants to be made into 3D.
I set up everything and let my PC render whole night and sent all images next day to him, BOOM!!! success.
Another good scenario would be something like this ( done few times already and have received few long term customers):
Send message like above to people who liked your SEO service, send them .txt file which is kinda like catalogue with stuff you do for bigger business owners with more hefty price and some testimonials... you should make it as PDF or DOC file.. like a business card(?)
If you are very busy at fiverr with 19 orders a day.. then there is great possibility that you can conver 3 gigs into +100$ gigs.
Come to think of it... why havent i done this more often
