Fiverr Denied my gig as third party complaint

my gig was ranking
there are others selling same service but they are not taken down
this was in social signals category

This message i got from them

This Gig was removed following a third party complaint claiming your Gig is infringing upon their intellectual property rights and/or violating their terms of use and/or misleading consumers and has been removed as per our Terms of Service.
As a member of the Fiverr community, we ask you to respect the broader Internet community and refrain from such violations in your Gig offerings.

Is there any thing we can do to get it back or avoid this type of situation in future?

It seems weird that you would have yours removed yet others are allowed to keep their gigs up and active. It does sound like you may have some competition and in spite they have reported you for something. I would query it and ask why others are allowed to sell same/similar gig yet you are being penalised for yours.

yes my gig is Related to social signals like twitter retweets and fb likes
but others are allowed you can findsimilar service active on their site and getting 5-6 orders per day

it's a matter of luck if you get reported or not and also depends on how successfull your gig is, so your competition report you

what you're doing isn't allowed, so the only way you can trick the system, if you make more fiverr accs, more paypals and keep the accs separated, so you'll have a higher chance to always have active gigs even if 1 or more go down

you're mistaken though, nobody is allowed to prov8de such services, they just didn't get caught (yet)

customer support is saying this type of gig is not allowed
but they are not touching my competitors even after giving their gig urls

The best you could do is contact support and ask how others are allowed to promote the same gigs and not you.

And what happens if he creates the same gig just with a different text and picture? Would he risk Fiverr baning an entire account because of it?

Same here,.. No other option except gigs have to deleted. And then I just create same gigs..but I got low order until now..
